One woman, two rooms
It has always been one conversation.
For twenty-eight years I have sat across from people at the biggest decisions of their lives. For a long time those decisions were about houses: buying, selling, the kitchen-table moment where a family decides what comes next.
What I learned in that room was never really about the house. It was about the person deciding. Whether they trusted themselves. Whether they could hear, under all the noise and the numbers, what they actually wanted.
The coaching grew out of that. Same chair. Same listening. A different kind of decision.
You cannot be one person at work and another person at home and call it a life.

All real estate is local. All success is relational. That has been true for twenty-eight years, on both sides of the desk. It is still true now.
